Abstract: |
There are two main aspects of this study. The first aspect is the relationship between volunteering meaningfulness and the participation of volunteering. The second aspect is the impact of volunteering on the skills acquired. We conducted an empirical study of 206 MBA volunteers. The motivation-based theory of volunteerism we find that volunteering meaningfulness is positively related to volunteering and volunteering is positively related to skills acquired from volunteering. Through this study, we hope that more people will be able to volunteer. |
